Hello guys!

We had a problem with the books and texts for beginners, because our newcomer students does not speak french, and there is no text available about canne in hungarian, neither in english. So, I created a small booklet draft, please check it and comment the layout (the text is in hungarian, ofcoz:)). I would like to add a TOC, and a copyright page, perhaps a small dictionary, a back cover, and so on, so it is only a draft:)

Pour les francophones, le texte est en hongrois mais les dessins sont tres claire, si vous vouler passer des commentaire mais n'etes pas sure de votre anglais faite le en francais, je vais traduire.

It is pretty neat. The texte is short, consise and well place... (that's the only thing i can says about it... )

For the drawing, nice job. The mouvement looks correct, and should be a good starting point for beginner.
If I may place a little comment, the final position of the brisé and the croisé tete are suppose to be in hyperextention, I am not sure i am using the right term here (If it is'nt clear i'll esplain later what i mean). I dont know what tool you use for the drawing, and I dont know if this can be change.
If you ever make a english version, I would REALY like to see it.

out of subject but I have to ask, the phonitic in hungarian is close to the german, english or french language? To wich family of language does it belong to?

The drawing are from the book P. Conjat .. cough.. cough.. ))
This could be changed, however, with some paint program, I think...

As I finish this booklet, then I will make an english version, too.

That's why I could'nt get a single word...
I speak french, english and did a little bit of german, italian and spanish. I also did a little bit old latin and greek .

Tel us when it is avalable in english.
By the ways Cambridge University do give class of canne de combat and might have some documentation. There are several other english University in that also teach it .

nice, if I may make a little suggestion, insite on the golden rule of the canne:hit without getting hit
This is why only on hit at the time is comptabilise in competition.
It make a big différence with many martial art where you can resive a "minor hit" to deliver a "killing blow"
