Handi canne

Hello,

We would like to start a working group for handi-canne in Hungary,
with cooperation of the University of Disabled People. The working
group will last for a half year, and all of our experiences will be published.

But, we need some help and information in the techniques, rules, experiences, etc.
Who can I ask for it?
